Typhoon Hagupit to dump rain on Laos !

Tropical storm Hagupit, which was close to the Philippines’ Luzon Island Monday afternoon, is expected to bringheavy rain over northern Vietnam and Laos from September 24-27, according to a local weather forecasting center.

Lao people in the north, please take care !

Again??  A month ago was the flood and now they typhoon going through northern part of Laos.

I hope everyone will be okay.
