If this article is true, the Lao American should be ashame and Lao PDR should deport him and never allow him back to Lao forever. In Lao term "Sual Goa Mah, worst than a dog.

Lay Ocean want Laos to become american style democracy, then they can do these thing. It's good for Laos' democracy as is now than the higher level, coz
