Sompaseuth Chounlamany was born in Vientiane, Laos, in 1991. He started drawing since he was five years old, and have been continuing to teach himself the art of painting. He began to paint oil color when he was eleven. He also participated in art contests and won many awards in school art shows.

Currently, he's a high school student residing in Virginia, USA. "I spend most of my spare time on my art works, painting is something I love the most.

Wow!!!! He is one talented young man.  I hope he doesnt get burn out from drawing and continue on to some Fine Art Schools somewhere.

There are perfect, I all the paintings show here. It would be great if i could see more, and i would like to say he is the most of most talent because he is still young, but he could show how much the painting have a life. His painting is really nice

when I first looked at the paintings, I thought it was photogrphes taken in a lao drama show...' lamleuang ' somewhere but in fact, there`re great paintings that no one in laos could paint with so lively manner, cogratulation Sompasert , you have done a great job !

Man, i wonder how much do you know about smart men living in Laos....
    you sound quite negative to man living in Laos...
 I believe that there are many smart men living in Laos, at least know something more than you...
