They find it very convenient to sign in as anonymous and cuss at anybody without consequences since they don’t have to show their true identity or the need to officially register before obtaining to the right to post. I think it’s kind of awkward.

This way the Mod or the Admin can ghost the forum. They will reply to us when they wish anonymously without fear reprecussion then log in as Admin or Mod and delete or give us yellow card when they don't approve of the comments.

I know brother and I truly regret it. I could never have thought our people would be that low. But like you said, there is no repercussion so it got out of control and if the mod did what you claimed, then it is considered a lack of professionalism worse yet, an ethical issue.
