I think the picture was taken somewhere near Vung Vieng. Those are very healthy water buffaloes.

You selected a pic of 2 buffaloes and mountain in background and posted it here (I repeat: "buffalo", not "bufflo"). It could be anywhere in Laos, Thailand or somewhere in Southeast Asia. Got to be a bit more specific when posting photo for quiz. Who the heck is gonna know exactly where the pic was taken?
