Do you think nightclubs in Laos should close at 11.30pm?
How many people agree or disagree with this law? What is the advantages and disadvantages of having nightclub close at 11.30pm? and which one is more important? and why?

if this is the only solution to avoid some people to go back home drunk and have/cause motorbike or car accidents (or any kind of violence), reduce the development of prostitution, etc... why not
but it's a pitty to have to take such decision to avoid this.
i think the night club should closed at 12:00 am at least . but one think the rule should apply is no one under age of 18 years old are prohibited in to night club .and while i was in Lao i saw students still dress in school uniform sit and drink beer in small berr shop along the road that is not appropriate for Foreigner to see don't you think ! .
I think very body has deffirent situation, identity and unique character agree or disagree to the closing the nightclubs's time at 11.30pm , but to avoid the bad image for the the country ,culture , social stability and safety for life of every one, especialy Lao young gereration ,therefore we should set up the rule , special area and time for them for Example : 11.30 pm would be fine for every one ,Under 18 year old cannot allow them go into, Check their ID, Saturday may allow until 1 AM .

I think laos is very hard to have a curfew time, since they dont have a DUI, law. Anyone can drink, even under age people, so as well as nightclub's regulation law. Did you ever know in laos they can use the fake ID to entrance the nightclub? Therefore, you can't control it. hehehehehe Sometime the owner of the club is corruption too, sale drugs and prostitution. The last time I was there at the marina and Romeo, those are nightclubs in VTE, laos. I can get drugs very easy if i very need it and I even saw the white people getting high in the front of me.

i would acknowledge that there are kids who are less than innocent.
i would worry more of the foreigners and their bad behaviors and influences on kids. they can sometimes be loud and disrespectful.
foreigners who go to asia for the pleasure of drugs and sex, flaunting their money around, do not have in their interest or know that they are leading a bad example for the local kids.
Al night clubs in Laos should be closed between 10:45 - 11:00 p.m. so that people will have enough time to sleep and get up early for work the next day.
