Perhaps...but our small population, lack of professional photographers and photoshop, professional cosmeticians, and plastic surgery makes it a little harder i suppose.

I've always thought and still do think that the girls they promote on TV, music videos, and beauty pageants are for the most part, not that great looking. I saw much prettier people randomly on the streets in Vientiane...but of course the media doesn't like dark skin!

that is crazy question to be asking in
lao forum.

if judges are lao,
all lao beauties will win hands down.

most pageant contests are more political than
a judge of beauty in my opinion.

Look at them how they perform the "Nop". They act differently from each other, is it right?.

I think the first lady (counted from the left side) performs well. Others perform urgly, especially the second.

Very boring for sure! Especially the first one. The design on it looked so Chinese and Vietnamese. What's up with the deep rich color? That's soooo dated, it reminded me of the circus costumes even!
