Laos can not run the SEA Game without other country support.

I came across this line I found this online, is it true laos got it run by other country?
For example Thailand, China and Vietnam...ETC

What do you meant by Laos got it run by other countries?  Do you meant other countries will be a Co-Host?  As most of people know Laos will not be able to host every sporting events.  Therefore, some of the sporting events will be left out of this coming ASEAN Games.

That is right. I heard that Thailand and other countries will send their officials and equipment to help Laos in hosting the SEA Games this year.
