lao people in laos. some of them don't know what s STARBUCK?

In the present, Lao people don't like this stuff in laos except foreigner or laotian-overseas
because we enjoy having the black coffee and bread in the Lao style shop,

when it comes to Laos?

I guess the Kfc comes first and then Mcdonal and then probably starbuck
open one starbuck in vientiane, Luangprabang or at the new international airport would be a perfect locations.

We don't need Starbuck in Laos.   We have Dao Coffee.  They (Dao Coffee) are as good as Starbuck Coffee, plus they are genuine Lao.   Dao Coffee should expand their franchise chain thruout Laos.  Go Dao Coffee.

I'm not sure about bringing Starbuck to Laos. In my opinions, only A few laos people know Starbuck but if it located on a city like Vientien, Luangprabang or Vang vieng..maybe it would be successful because they are the tourist point. But still not sure coz the price of a cup of ice frozen coffee is already a bit expensive even 3 times more than just a cup of local coffee, so have to think carefully to put this kind of business.

Joma cafe already very good for Lao and Vientiane, another cafe which is my favourite is in Vientiane Center Point, very good coffee and croissante or even hot bread early in the morning throughout the day until late at night they have Pizza as well, try it out. Danish Pastry and cafe.

Totally agreed.......... Dao coffee is very good & genuine.  I ain't drinking coffee, Ovaltine, Hot chocolet , none of the above.  When I came home visit Lao, I sipped coffee Dao and it was awesome, smell very fresh too.  When I left lao, I also bought few packages w/me to the states.

I just don't see why Starbucks, Mcdonalds, BK, KFC etc.  Don't need those fat ass fast food stuffs.  It's not good 4 your health.
