This house may be in Savannakhet , near the Mekong river and close to the abattoir.

It look like an old palace in Vientiane... and i remember that the Lao gov is alreayd replace this house by building another building...

It looks extravagant. It should be renovated and turn it into a museum...or a hotel. I like how the Champa trees stand...they must be really old, can tell by the size.

I guess this mansion is located in Savannakhet. In the colonial times, many mansions were built in Savannakhet.
