I very don't mind who is who but I like to see more good subject in here. I do understand that we are in the free world and everyone have the right to post any subject. But there are more hatery subjects than any others subjects. I use to see nice pictures, good new from Laos and others places. Now people say very bad words to some good subjects. So that's how we are. Can SAMAKHOMLAO control a little bit ours worlds or ours subjects. Or SAMAKHOMLAO represent the culture of Lao people? I mean if anyone look at ours subjects and ours langages then we are the trush of the world : exemple the subject of the English lady: people say so many bad thing about that lady. Weither shy is guilty or not. Don't we have Lao people have some respect for the UK and let the justice system follow its course. Or are we very bad people, and SAMAKHOMLAO just let its people show how they are? Should I believe that we are as we are very bad people. Some people pretend to be buddhist but behave very bad. I don't believe that, that is the teaching of buddhism. Don't SAMAKHOMLAO send out some advises to its users to use faie language? Or no one in and from Laos aren't good? If we are just to show the world that we are very bad then it is better for us to show at all

i think the webmaster should have censorship for words.
there needs to be moderators to control some people.
some people talk very immaturely.

I UNDERSTAND what you guy say, samakomlao web master he is student his time is  limit he will come from time the time if you have probleme or want to  advise him  please send him email. his email is om the top of the page.

I would like to thanks all the visitors who shared their concerns to this website, especially to the case where some people have tried to use Samakomlao webboard to attack others, and use very bad words in the public without thinking. I have to confess that it is very hard to for me to go over all the messages and delete the inappropriate one.

Sometimes, people get angry because i deleted their messages.
Sometimes people scold me and get mad when I blocked them.
Sometimes, people wonder where have I been and why I don't delete many bad replies out there.

Frankly speaking, I am now quite busy with my study, and I need many volunteers who can help me control the webboard. There are many ways to help me:

1) Post useful and discussable topics, at least one topic per day to Samakomlao.
2) Help me to answer to all the topic posted here.
3) Report me by sending me email, so that I can delete the messages immediately.
4) Suggest me if you have any good idea in developing Samakomlao web.

Those 4 suggestions are great.

I'll try to think of something to post.

Along that vein of thought, a web forum is made not only by it's creator but also by the posters, if we respond appropriatly to  nasty comments and speach it would probably help. Also the effort to make everyone establish a user name is good. People are shy to say bad things when they post their name, even if it's an anonymous username.

I know some people just take the advantage of this thoughtfull web to release their angriness, hatery, and uncivilized(sorry for this word) mind to the public. He or she may be happy after the release but he or she don't think about others may think about what all Lao and the image of Lao. There are many good, very good and super Lao out there.
I don't know much about computer, but the web master need to relase some warning infomation about what and how we should behave in here from time to time. The web master may not realize about his liability. people may take him to the court because his web allow others people to leave hatery message in the web.

There is no jurisdiction whatsoever would hold the Web Master accountable for someone’s expression of hatred, or anger. If the forum is regarded by the law as promoting racism, it will be closed down if there is a court order.  But if someone threatens to harm others, it is absolutely a serious crime defined as terrorist threat under the federal law and you can easily refer the website along with comments to any local FBI and they will go after his or her ass. It is not a good idea to be bravado on the cyber world.

By the way, what do you mean by thoughtful web if I may ask? Also, I’ve never heard of the word “Hatery” so I assumed you meant hatred.
