If you want to earn experience more than earn a lot of money, it is very easy to get job in Laos. Believe me, the way to get high salary start from low salary first.

Welcome back to Laos, just a short period of time is ok, at least, I want you to share what you've learned abroad and how can you apply it to Laos. Many people abroad are fabulous in theories, but can not apply fruitfully in the real situations.

Do you want to work in the Government or Work in Private company? if you have some relationship in the Gov you can get the Government job with the " trial priod " at least 1-6 years, it depends on your relationship.

it is easy to work in the project and private firm as long as you are good at both wiritten and spoken english. as your degree the first you will earn quite low ( 200-400 $ per month) depends on your abilities.

Thanks a lot for a quick reply guys.
as well as your suggestion and comment.
Actually, i don't think too much about the income that i'll earn overthere since I already anticipate that I'll earn around that rate.
What i really wanna do at this stage is to gain experiences and contribute some good things for my society and to change somthing for better.
Thanks again...

I remember the time I was a fresh graduate from the University, I got around 350 $ per month working at the private company in Vientiane (Consultant company). I learned a lot from them !

It's not difficult for you to get a job in Lao but the problem is the MONEY. Are you really sure and accepted that little money.

If you ready to be back to what the original root you are..I'm happy for you. You are one of the important brains for the country to move forward.

But if you selfish like other Laotianes in the US or France..You choose the comfortable for your stomach instead of being people who helping Lao to grow. I have no more doubt to asking you.

The answer is in your heart....

Congratulation! Are you going to earn a bachelor degree in commerce? If you are, in what field if I may ask?

To the person who asked how easy it is to get a job, well, it's easy to get a job teaching English because that is always in demand. You can get an average of $10-15 an hour. Foreigners who have English as their native language get paid more than Lao people.

It's a diploma of commerce not undergraduate. That's why I'm wondering if it's easy to get a job in Laos with this level of qualification.
Any ideas?

Maintenance as fixing machine, taking care of the building, or cleaning as a janitor?  Whichever position your brother works, I think it's a bullsh*t he makes that much 3 years ago.  Maybe in his dream.  If not in his dream, he must be stealing beer to sell under table.

what u mean by that? speak english!!!
if you try to raise the point that Laos don't need people who get diploma from overseas, then you're totally wrong.
Accept the truth that even the people who graduated from NUOL in a bachelor degree can't work and communicate in english properly.

"livin' with reality"

I'm proud to serve my Laotian men for free. Working for Laos country is worth it even they pay me less than a penny. Anyway, my sister marry with Thai man. I guess her husband must  can't live without unclean oyster. He still live with her more than 10 yrs.  Hey, try it some day o.k. Maybe, you might like it than hoy Kang(Thai). Hoy kang too bonny and too clean.  You might die soon. Your body needs a best friend like bad bacteria from Laos oyster in order to live longer. This type of species is very useful to your health. It doesn't hurt to try my friends. I know you'll not regret.
