i think i wil be hard this time bcos jap is hardy hit by this crisis than other in this area.
and according to the article it is not the pure aid but he called for investment from jap.
dont make it sound like he is beggin.

I just noticed that Lao PM can ask Japan PM to increase more aids (hope not that mean HIV hahaha...)

Thought we only BEGGING for help from these riches countries. Wow so surprisingly that Lao have very very big power just saying a word then Japan will do whole heartedly for us.!!!!! WoW WoW WoW

Yes, this is normal to lao gvt. and its people to ask for help from another country because they feel that gegging is easy than doing.

Yes, Tell Them homee, I really don't think they know what 're talking about ? There' re Peoples here Act like they knew what they were talking about ? Of cource LAOS might not yet joint the World Free Market systems, But any thing s that have happend around the Region and will affect Laos for sure, especially the Country that depend on import from other Countries.

Yes , I agree 100% that Japanese help Laos and never want any thing in return. So do Canada, United States , Australia, France and Germany unlike Vietnam and China sent million of people into Laos. Laos become minority in our own country. Soon Chinese and Vietnamese who are rich and well educated , become Lao citizen will be the first class citizen and own most of the business and Land in Laos. Lao people will still be poor and low job labor . Just remember Chinese who come Laos in the pass because China was very poor country back then and Chinese used to be starved and they fled China for a good living. But Today the Chinese who come to Laos , are planed by the Chinese geverment and their intention to indirectly take over Laos in the future. Watch and see 20years from now there will 10million Chinese become Lao citizen and own a lot of land in Lao and also might join and become communist party and have some power in the goverment and don't forget those Chinese are send to Laos by the Chinese goverment and very loyal to China. You could tell are the Chinese really hang around with Lao or only their own. May be only with the rich who have the power in the goverment. What are they think to the poor Lao people and kid who live in the country side. I bit as a second class citizen. Soon Laos will be like Tibet indirectly. Sad but it is true. yeahhh . i wonder why too . maybe ppl like to change to new envilonment ? even myself now living in Japan . but i still thinking of laos evry second .
well , lets return to da topic . since our laos country is opened and having good relationship with japan . i never seen japan begging us back for any reasons. unlike another country that go helping laos .they always thinking like doing long bisiness( need profit any time in any way) . I agree with you 100 % about your view on Chinese in Laos, " Go out " is Chinese enterprises and government 's strategy . it is not only Laos , but also many country in the World, especially in the Southeast Asean.

Yes, this is normal to lao gvt. and its people to ask for help from another country because they feel that gegging is easy than doing.

all Laos does is begging anothers never use their brain,hand feet and time. To me, i would feel so embarrass when i beg from another again and again.

I went to Laos to visit my family in Skay near Wat Yaphaah. I took a walk around and i realize that only one small building of an elementary school in Barn Yaphaah next to the Wat that has the sign attached to the wall of that school saying that " This building is granted from Japan Govt." at that moment i ask myself that why we can not even afford a small thing like this. Everything has to be granted from foreigner countries?

If our country keep depend on anothers. One day when they say no and we'll live under the bridge or cardboard .

I don't agree with those who thought all the rich countries from the West, or Japan don't have anything in return by helping Lao. Before 1975 Japan asked Laos to let some 3000 japaneses coming to live in Laos in return Japan will build railroad from North to South of Laos....but Laos government at that time said ' No Thank You'. For those who living in Japan or Western countries believe these countries never wanted anything back by helping Lao....How do you know?....I am living in Australia and I know, australian government gives a lot money, for Indonesia and I can tell you.....that does not mean australian government does not want anything back.....It does, some sort of Influences. So the same lao who living in USA or Japan also have some kind of influences form those countries.... hmm hmm hmm

This guy cussed so good and the webmaster did not have a problem with that. He even used the word mother****er in lao language because the curse are for us Lao Nork. Can anybody see this? If this webmaster is not doubstandard and be fair with all its members he should give this ****er an ticket.

How about Lao is a begging country....begging here ...begging there isn't that some kind of humilition for Lao and lao people don't you think that's bad enough....directly or undirectly humiliate Lao and Lao government and who are the people in Lao government aren't they Lao? Whether Lao people who living in western countries like it or not, but it's true that Lao had 2 kings in the past before 1975 in the South was Chao Boun Oum...another king was in Luang Prabang, and Hmong King biggrin biggrin biggrin .

Don't you think? for Example, We as an American gave our Taxes Dollars to an Israel more than a Billions a years, It's free ; Nothing string attack to it .It's free. Yes , I agree 100% that Japanese help Laos and never want any thing in return. So do Canada, United States , Australia, France and Germany unlike Vietnam and China sent million of people into Laos. Laos become minority in our own country. Soon Chinese and Vietnamese who are rich and well educated , become Lao citizen will be the first class citizen and own most of the business and Land in Laos. Lao people will still be poor and low job labor . Just remember Chinese who come Laos in the pass because China was very poor country back then and Chinese used to be starved and they fled China for a good living. I went to Laos to visit my family in Skay near Wat Yaphaah. I took a walk around and i realize that only one small building of an elementary school in Barn Yaphaah next to the Wat that has the sign attached to the wall of that school saying that " This building is granted from Japan Govt." at that moment i ask myself that why we can not even afford a small thing like this. Everything has to be granted from foreigner countries?
If our country keep depend on anothers. One day when they say no and we'll live under the bridge or cardboard .

For many countries in the West, when governments need more money to run the country and if they don't have enough money to do that....those governments have to borrow....that where the words surplus and deficit come from. For poor country like LAO and other one they borrow some and go asking for help some. So for lao people who have bad intension to LAO, it is a good opportunity for them to insult LAO and lao people. I live in Australia and this year budget, Labor government had to borrow lot of money for doing things....money that government did not have. So for those who used bad language to insult LAO...you can but there will be some will answer back to yours accordingly. So keep that in mind.

When Japanese became a doctor,you called him smart man. But when laos became one ,you called him stupid or you are wondering he might not be a pure Laotian. This is very absurd. Man, you need stop talk negative about your own kind. Please think positive everything will turn out marvelous. All laotian people are brilliant but we just don't have enough money to start it. Before you call me name please spend time to read each comments carefully,I did say thnak you to Japanese government more million times. Compensation is part of it too. If you can recall when was first pay check that our government received from Japanese government as compensation. Hey, I don't deny the fact that Japanese people are very generous and willingly to help Laos country and Laos people. I appreciate very much. They have done this before communist took over Laos. They used to come to my house tried to teach us with a lot of good stuffs.

Chao wah maen lai,you must be one of it because you MAEN to stay in USA. United State is not your POR country. I don't deny I maen because this is my Godfather land. If you don't to be MAEN like me please help yourself to go back home,and you reminded me of E.T. go home,go home, and go home. When you get there don't forget to confirm me.
