yes, i agree and has been complaining about it long time ago

Maybe because webmaster just wants to protect himself, sometime he appears as ANONYMOUS to attack the LAOS GOVERNMENT....

I did try to do that 2 or 3 times ago. What I notice was that, very people participated in the discussion, and the website itself look very passive and not interesting.

I sometimes found many comments by annonymous were very interesting, and sometimes thanks to many annonymous, we can have a lot of interesting topics to talk about.

Hope you understand my points. Everything is running from my experience and observation. Nothing is perfect, and we need to adjust ourself from time to time in order to catch up with this globalization era

If you take Anonymous away you will lose a lot of your people who come to your web board. also you won't have a chance to debate and hear other people's opinions. you are obviously taking things too seriously. you can't always have people agreeing and saying good things all the time.

I am one of your senior member. I stop using my screen name long ago. If you make a comment or post a topic is like painting a huge X on yourself. You will become a target of attack and character asassination. Anyone will attack you and complain about you in any post. I find using the ANONYMOUS feature less troublesome. People don't know if you had post before and can not use that against you on other post.

I have complaint about this exact problem before and suggestion the same solution long before. Many of you guys are new or old members but didn't care about it until this is causing you a problem.

Like I said before, I tried but I didn't convinced anyone. Instead I was attacked for even suggesting it by other commenters. That is how it is here on Samakomlao forum. If anyone want to post, reply to comment, or make new comment, but fear of being gang up on......do not use a screen name.

"ANONYMOUS" is the only way to post. Everyone should use it.

I can’t agree with you anymore than that. I already decided to stop posting my opinion. I would only return to Samakomlao website once awhile and quickly browse through it for any news about Laos’ economy.

The webmaster gave in to those anonymous posters allowing them to degenerate the forum and the Lao people as a whole. I copied this comment for you so you can judge it yourself.

If I were the owner of this board, I would never grant a privilege to anyone to post without proper registration only to read and I can’t care less if they want to participate or not. and they all the same using following useful word :

Commu, Beg, Stupid, .....

i dont mind if they show the identity or not just feel better when you know who is replying you.

OK... I give up to ask the blogmaster to do it already as I understood that they don't have enough money to have such the hi-tech webboard.

If everybody can post anything than I would like to sign out and going back to be an ANONYMOUS. No point to be a webboard member anymore. It's useless!!!

It's easy to attack somebody when hidden behin anonymous.

I'm french and i come often here, it's a very good site,very interesting but i don't want to registrate because there are too much unrespectful comment from anonymous, many of them are very unpolite and agressive.
This is the first time i post a comment, you can call me Pat( i'm a man), i think there are some "anonymous" who enjoy to hurt people and " put oil on the fire" as we say in france.

Each time we post a message we must assume it and be responsible, let's see what anonymous will answer...

Hi, no i'm not registred, for instance .

I didn't write in french, i just use a french expression" to put ( or to spread) oil on the fire" which means to make things wronger.I hope you understand what i mean.

I see too many times offensives comments , it's not necessary to be unpolite to answer or give your opinion.We have the right to not agree with some other's opinion but we can and must say it with respect, it's not hard.
Maybe too many people forgot the meaning of Samakhom.

Not many times i saw unpolite comment, I saw every day every topic,. like the people ask for help to look for her/his sister he ask for help but he get reply unexpected, end up call her sister whore, if you not want to help just quiet. i am so sad to see like that so i ask web mater to band that person., and that topic was closed.

This is for this kind of comment that i will not registrate myself, first i'm not a Lao living in france, if it was the case i never said i'm french but i'm Lao and i will be proud of it.

Do you think it"s easy to write in other language without mistake, you should tolerate that other people are not so strong, it could be a chance to exchange with people from many different country, but some of you are too poor minded to understand and give a very bad image of Lao living in america.

Maybe it's like someone said, the samakhomlao is like " black Market" the anonymous has no id , they say what they wanted and they won't have any resposiblities for their post at all, keep it up this rule, I will be appearing both member and anonymous to post here, like other ones

You should cancel your member; that way nobody knows when you are online. If you look down at the bottom you will see numbers of member online, guests online. It is pretty weird. You can type in your name over anonymous or after the end of your comments whenever you want to identify yourself and if not just leave it as anonymous. You have been here long enough to witness how others enjoy hurting other’s feeling because they are not registered members like you. Ake, for example, is serious about discussing and exchanging ideas/opinions but what happened to him. He was being disrespected. He got his feelings hurt. Unless we are all required to register before replying or posting, I just don’t see any benefit of being an official member. If this web board mandates registration, you would see more professional exchanging of ideas and info in here but until then, you should not expect much. There are many low-class folks. In our language, we refer to them as puak takoon tum. It’s just a matter of time before your will get your feelings hurt too if it did not happen already. I was a registered member and I realized the fact that it was meaningless to get serious discussion here so I would post as anonymous whenever I want to and I would identify myself whenever I want to. I used to dedicate my time and effort here to giving my replies to others or posting my comments according to what I thought I knew.
