Laos new year is 2552
United States new year is 2009
The Laos new years is also different from United States new years.

Why is it diferrent?
Is it diferrent for all other countries?
Is it mean Laos people born first to keep up the years or what?

Can someone please explain this 2552 and 2009 thanks.

Probably if you add up the years before Jesus Christ was born (B.C.) and the years after He died (A.D.) it will also come up equivalent to the number in Lao new year. Actually Lao is also celebrating the Mhong new year but Im not sure how many years already.
