I have nobody to visit and I have no land to claim. My parents' house somone already took over. Sadly,all of my cousins were death,and some were executed. Now,some Lao Nia preserves land only for Viet.,Thai, and Chinese but not their own blood which is Lao Nork.

I don't know!!! Everybody cases are different, some are not financially ready to travel back to Laos. In some case, some just didnt want to go back because they don't have any relatives back in Laos.

I've been back 5 times already and I still miss Laos alot. kit hord kit hord ha poo sao yu Laos biggrin

so sample O K If we stop by Thailand or Singapore, will save more money than go to laos...The most important are about the food cost, hotel cost and transportation are costed less, easy and convenient for all of us and all travelers, the most importance we don't have to pay $50.00 or maybe more for the VISA to get into those country. sorry to say that!!!!!!

It depends what situation each individual is in. For some its fiance, living in North America, Europe, or Australia is not cheap. The cost of living is noting like Laos, where a $1 can be stretch. Then their are those who have no family to go back to, where they might have lost their family during the war. I know there's a lot of older people who desperately wants to go back. But are too afraid to do so because they were once part of the Royal Lao military.

I can't get pass Thailand. They have so much prostitutes and they were cheap. I never made it to Laos.

If Lao ban Thai people get into the country and we stil have Vietnam and China to trade with. Why we have to let Thai people help us in everything.

Stop using Thai products, Thai medicines, anything that Thai people donate to Lao

We are poor but we have proud why we have to accept help from Thailand

Thai King and royal family is SUCK asnd ****ing Thai King. I don't like the Princess of Thailand always come in Lao and pretending to donate money and help to Lao to make her look so high in world stage.
