1.  Enforce the law on teenage drinking at the nightclubs.
2.  Fine the bars/restaurants/clubs whom sold alcohols to minors or allow under age
drinking at their properties.
3.  What broil down to is.....  the lack of officers who are willing to enforce the laws.

Well, drugs and crime usually comes from poverty. Lack of education and knowledge will lead into a very poverish life style. People will go out and steal and sell drugs and do what ever they have to do inorder to survive. A crime and drug prevention program can possibly help but I think that having good education is a must because it will help our people to be very knowledgeable and become a very productive citizen in Lao society. They can earn a higher wage and hopefully it can help enhance the economy so that people dont have to rely on drugs and other sort of crime just to get by in life.

how to get a good education when kid  don't have even school to study, the school's roof is broken in the rainy season.. ( school in remote area).

This can be apply to the social problems. if we all help and cooperate each other,
the problem will be solved very soon.
