like....Vientiane and Viang-chan is the same capital or not? and do you dialect is similar to ppl. in the northeast Thailand or?

Vientiane is lao capital , that is write with french spelling.Viang- chan is speaking langage, VIENtiane is writing langage the langage of northeast thailand is similar to lao langage 200 some thing years ago northeast thailand was part of laos.
