Hi. Just out of my curiousity, does government and/ or private institutions in Lao conduct a performance appraisal (or evaulation, or assessment... or whatever its called) for its employees (whether in top, mid or low level position)?
If there is any, is anyone aware how it helps improve productivityof Lao employees?
