Build strong relationship with Laos and offer scholarship to Lao students. Only thing for Laos to understand and forgive THe US is education for Lao people so they could help themselves in the future. Open trade ...help to clean up the unexplose bombs.
Allow GM and Ford to build the factories in Laos for cheap labor to complete with the other auto maker in cheaper price and do the same with other products such carment industries and electronic part and computer chip so America can build product in cheap labor and more profit instead of invest in India and China. So Lao people have more jobs. Lao labor will be cheaper than India and China any way.

Laos government should be concerned about the military ,especially airforce or air defence, we have only old old Mig21 to protect our sky, buying a plane is not easy for Laos therefore i think if the US government can offer us 1 or 2 aircarft for war would be great offer. forget about economic right now, we have many foreign aids man,,,
