stricter border controls to prevent those drugs from entering in the first place.

and i also know that laos grows it own but no where near as much that gets transported through/ into laos.

The best way to solve drug problem is mainly up to the family institution.
If parents spend sometimes to teach their kids and give consultation to them,
they will stay away far from drugs.
I encourage all parents to care about your kids. They may be a victim of drug someday, if you don't start caring about theme today.

First of all, does anybody know where all these drugs cames from, who produced these drugs. I heard neighbour countries complained about drugs smuggling from our country. To solve these problem we have to find the source of this drugs first.Destroy the source of drugs and then educate our citizens.
