I have seen it been done before, they empty the egg content into the bowl, add essential ingredients and herbs, refill it into the egg, wrap egg tight with cling wrap to prevent the egg content from escape, place it into the boiling water until it is hard like boiled egg, once it is hard, insert a stick through the egg and take it to grill. They called Kii (egg) Ping (grilled)OR Ping Kii (grilled egg). I hope it will work for you this time.

Yeah egg is good for health and very cheap but not good for the generation 30s up more than that there are so many fake egg (no joking) now also have fake SA LAI THA LE.
