If you plan to buy the "Betrayal" you can buy it now and save 30% instead of waiting until Sept and pay more.I just completed my order online.I also saw the very last part on TV (Chanel PBS) because I didn't it was aired today.I truly hope for your generosity from all of you my fellow Laotians; so please patronize the promotion of this great documentary.
Wow! I can't believe you ordered that many. Are you planning to distribute them? I am waiting for mine to come in the mail so I can play it on the big screen TV with Yamaha surround system. Can you imagine each of us Laotians pay $20.00 x 300,000 orders would equal to SIX million dollars. This is a big support for our fellow citizen. As I said earlier, I did not know it would be aired on the PBS channel last night, so I only saw the last part of it and I want to assure you that it is interesting document. I am glad you ordered them.

The film is for sure interesting enough otherwise; it wouldn't receive a nomination for academy award as the best documentary featuring a Laotian family with many kids living in poverty in Brooklyn New York.Just click on the link below so that you can order directly ok.

I saw this movie last night... Thavi's mom deserve half of the profits. That lady shows alot of courage... single mom with 10 kids... coming to America and to the crack house in Brooklyn..
The title of the movie pretty much sum it all for Thavi's family... They had been betray at all different levels. the Americans.. his own father... So much pain and suffering in that lady.. I can't help it but crying with her in few scenes..
I will buy 2 dvd and plan to give one to my brother..
Did you own this production Bruceman? I keep seeing you said our instead of their. Also, you seemed to know about this than anybody else. Just a question.....? No harm.

Thanks for posting this link. Unfortunately got an email reply from the Guild saying it doesn't have the right to sell the DVD outside U.S. The production company's only link to sale of DVD is only through the Guild. Im a bit disappointed coz Ive seen the trailer and indeed its a very remarkable movie... I'll just wait for the pirated copy from China.. LOL Just kidding!
