ASEAN and their "let's just keep out of our neighbor's business" policy undermines ASEAN itself.
I mean, we've seen what the Khmer Rouge is done. The world watched in horror what happened. But yet, if it were to happen in Cambodia again, ASEAN would ignore it.
While ASEAN is undoubtedly not doing enough about the situation in Burma, it was first and foremost stared as a economic organization. Give them a little time....
