Great landscape, women wearing sinh, papaya salad, exotic food, great waterfalls, mekong river, nop, politeness, nonchalant attitude of people....snail-paced processing of documents and implementation of activities....skills and education-starved govt employees outside VNT...opportunity-starved rural people.....corruption....poverty in the outskirts.
