I had been to Vang Vieng couple times lately; yes, the land need to retore law and order, but it would be hard to change as long as money's puring in...oh if anyone see that Thai actor, somebody need to throw him back to Mekong river.

Pae Arrak is one of the many Thais who still have no consideration and value for Laotians and for this reason he has chosen the wrong choice of words for his answer. Normally if someone is going to do a movie with his neighboring country or any other country, they would act diplomatically and not show any negativity towards that country. It clearly shows how uncivilized of a person he is and how he's lacked of conscience. It is normal for anyone to think more of his/her own people and country , but this isn't an appropriate time for him. If he were to say that " I'm not thraitten by the charms and beauties of Lao women simply , because my heart is already taken by a woman whom I love very much here in Thailand". This would not have sparked the tentions for Laotions. Thai people need to know that Laotians will not tolerate with bad behaviors of any kinds period . From Lavender
