2. most Lao people go to Laos via Thailand or Bangkok
3. many Lao people's relative live in Thailand

4. about Thai music, because the language is similar.

so they care more about Thailand than Cambodia, Vietnam, China and Myanmar.

  Thai is only our neigbor, they are pretending to be good with us, but inside they still look down on us because we lost them a war longtime ago.but believe they never want us to surpass them
  It is hard if want to tell them not to look down on us unless we are economically stronger and more developed then them.  my point is, just dont care about them, look at ourself, develop our self, we have to prove that we are good enough,...
