Bokeo province, and Ing village, Chiang Rai province of Thailand.

Upon completion, the bridge would facilitate the communication between the three neighbouring countries, Laos, Thailand, China.

The Lao government would give four billion kip for the compensation to the local residents in the vicinity of the proposed bridge site, who will be relocated.

Mr. Thavone Vorabouth, Deputy Director of the 4th Lao-Thai Friendship Mekong River Bridge Construction Project, told KPL News yesterday that whereas China is ready to disburse its share of the cost but Thailand has not said when it would cough up the money.

?According to the schedule, the construction should commence at the end of 2009 and due for completion in 2013 but if the Thai government dragged its feet on this the actual construction date would have to be pushed forward, said Mr Thavone.
He also said that the Cooperation Committee, made up of representatives from Laos, Thailand and China had been making preparations for the bidding process and the bid envelopes should be opened in December 2009.

Lao shouldn't accept it why? because Liubei used to flight with Kun Jeung during the san Guo era, thats why ai lao had to run away to the northern laos to settle.

thai siamese burned vientiane a few hundred years ago, why we still accept their aids?

Did they even finish the 3rd bridge yet?  I haven't heard any updates on that bridge, if I remember it correctly--the 3rd bridge is suppose to link from Thakek across the MeKong River over to Nakhon Phanom.  I don't believe the construction even start it yet.

Everywhere in the world has the financial problem and they must have to save their budget before using the money and use it wisely.

Build the 4th bridges does not in the hurry. You can build it any time. Can't you just wait?

Some of you guys here have very bad attitude who only use the fingers to typing the keyboard t scold people but don't know how to help Lao in the reality.

If you are really care about Lao being, you should build your own bridge by your own money. Can you?

Only few bad of you guys here..don't make anything change dok der. And not all Lao hate Thai people too.

To all Thai friends out there. Please disregards a disruptive few that want to derail the traditional friendship and kinship between the people of  Thailand and the Lao People's Democratic Republic.

If you do a careful screening, these negative commentors are entirely foreigners. Majority of the people in Lao PDR have high regards for our Thai friends. Despite, the unfortunate history between our two countries. However, the Lao people has learn to overcome that painful chapter in our common history and more than ready to usher in a prosperous future and opportunities.

Watches are a beautiful thing. Certainly, they tell us the time - but aren't they so much more than that? replicas watches Through their watches, a person can express so much, and in a way it could be said:replicas watches Show me your watch and I'll tell you who you are.
