The pics might have been taken from a moving vehicle, that's why they're blurred?
Think Ganda might be using these to figure out the location of the kids he/she is trying to help.

Just wait, I'll check my data of whole village name of Laos then will inform again. From picture, Ban NaMouang (ບ. ນາເມືອງ) and Ban NaThong (ບ. ນາທອງ) , seem the both village are locted in Houaphanh province

The second photo: it could be Ban Na Thong. It's blur, so it's hard to tell whether it is 'B' or 'N' (before the 'A'), & whether it's 'H' or 'TH' (before the 'ONG'). These pairs of Lao alphabets look a bit similar.

Ban Namuang is a very common name, there are at least 3 of them in Xieng Khouang province, but all are not on the main highways (HWY 6 & HWY 7). Were you travelling on a smaller road?

Look at this combination of map locations in Kham district:
http://www.maplandia.com/laos/xiangkhouang/kham/ban-na-oung/
http://www.maplandia.com/laos/xiangkhouang/kham/ban-namuang/
http://www.maplandia.com/laos/xiangkhouang/kham/ban-nathong/

You can compare their relative locations to 'Ban Ban' which appears in all 3 maps. Does it seem familiar?

I haven't checked the other villages/districts in your list to see whether they also contain a combination of Ban Namuang & Ban Nathong located near each other....

Hi. Thanks to all who tried to help. Ive attached more photos taken on the way to the village from the location of the Provincial Health Office. If I remember right we traveled from there to the village in 1.5 - 2 hours. The roads rough as we go deeper into the district. The first sign is still far from the village. But the 2nd sign (the one with a truck on the background) is exactly where the lame boy lives.  Ban Namouang (if that's what written on the sign) seems familiar.I think its the right one, unless someone here is familiar with the place on the photos.  I've taken that shot (photo with sign and truck) while waiting for my colleague to finish asking the neighbors where we can find the baby girl who was paralyzed and was the original purpose of our visit. The discovery of the lame boy is only incidental.

Ive checked the map but it made me more disoriented. Ha ha sorry.

The first sign says Ban Namouang (also spelt as Namuang).
The second sign with truck in background is either Ban Nathong or Ban Bahong (two alphabets are not clear).

Ganda, open your account with Flickr Photo, then post the link here. We'll see a lot of good shot and better displays in Flickr photo website.

Thank you for sharing.

Watches are a beautiful thing. Certainly, they tell us the time - but aren't they so much more than that? replicas watches Through their watches, a person can express so much, and in a way it could be said:replicas watches Show me your watch and I'll tell you who you are.
