Every body want to take advantage from Laos if Laos leader is not be careful not only Thailand and Vietnam , China but Russia as well in the new modern way of control by lent Laos money and then Laos could not pay the loans back then they took over the land by leasing the land 90 years if the amount of debt are to much could be automatic renew after 90 years of leasing that could be few hundred years or more for example like couples provinces in the northern Laos which are totally controlled by the Chinese to build more casinos and from the south which are controlled by the Vietnamese( Rubber plantation and some land for Vietnamese town and Vietnamese took alot of Lao's timber and wood ) and now Russia would like to the same because Laos could not make the loan payment of the cash loans of 2003 loans,Thailand want sugar and corn and to build resources with low prices... So every body want a pieces of Laos and Laos have no choice because of land lock with lack of skill workers and well educated persons in almost every field after the war because most of well educated , skill workers , bankers, economists, professors and more were sentenced to death or jail and die in prison or exile. So there were only farmers and not well educated people to run the country for so long until the new generation were ready to work by that time ,it was already too late that is why Laos is still the least developed and poorest country and very slow in progress . Just like this loan from the Russia in 2003 where did the money go ? nothinh have built. So there is no need to compare Laos to the other countrie if the corruption prolblems could not be resolved.

Federation Council approves debt settlement deal with Laos

RBC, 22.12.2008, Moscow 12:40:16.The Russian Federation Council has ratified an agreement between the governments of Russia and Laos on the settlement of the republic's loan debt to Russia denominated in rubles. According to Mikhail Margelov, chairman of the Federation Council's foreign affairs committee, the agreement provides for the restructuring of Laos's total $1.3billiondollars debt from November 1, 2003. Laos now has the right to refrain from paying 70 percent of the sum, while the other 30 percent is subject to negotiations and must be fully repaid in accordance with the payment schedule. Furthermore, the consolidated sum and interest rate can be used by Russia in exchange for its share in environmental protection and other projects on the territory of Laos. Moreover, Russia is entitled to exchange the country's debt for certain products and services.

Laos is landlocked and only way to the sea are Thailand is the cheapest way then Vietnam and China that more expensive but in the future Cambodia will be the best way to the sea when Cambodia railroad have been built. So Cambodia could be the best trading partner . After the Cambodia oil drill that could bring oil revenue income to Cambodia about 4 to 5 billion US dollar per year according to Chevron. Thailand GDP still bigger than Vietnam 3 times

America GDP still bigger than Japan 3 times

Japan GDP still bigger than China 3 times

But now China GDP is growing up and going to be 2nd place of the Powerful Country after America instead of Japan and Japan will be at the 3rd place

So anything can happen and one day Vietnam will be at the same place as Thailand if Thailand economy still freezing but impossible as every countries is moving.

Vietnam need a lot of developing in public utilities eventhough Vietnam is building the high speed train between Saigon-Hanoi but the local Vietnamese people can't efford to buy the expensive ticket to travel (mainly for in-bound tourism)

1...ทำไมชอบพูดเรื่องประเทศไทยกันจัง
2...ทำไมชอบเอาไทยไปเปรียบเทียบ (ไม่ว่าจะเรื่องอะไร) อยู่กันตามประสาลาวๆไม่ได้เหรอครับ
3...ทำไมมองไทยในแง่ร้ายกันครับ
4...เรื่องพระแก้วมรกรตที่ว่าเป็นของคนลาวอ่ะครับ เคยรู้เปล่าใครสร้าง ครั้งแรกประดิษฐานอยู่ในเจดีย์วัดป่าญะ เมืองเชียงแสน จ.เชียงราย(ปัจจุบันคือวัดพระแก้วงามเมือง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงราย)
เชียงราย ไป เชียงใหม่ ไป เวียงจันทร์ ไป กรุงธนบุรี แบบนี้เหรอของคนลาว ขำไม่ออก
5...เรื่องดินแดน ที่ชอบว่ากันจัง อีสานเป็นของคนลาว เคยเป็นของลาวมาก่อน ประเทศไทยมายึดไป แล้วก็มาโกรธไทย มาเกลียดไทยเรื่องนี้ ถ้าจะใช้เหคุผลนี้นะ อยากจะถามว่าทั้งประเทศลาวเคยเป็นของไทยมาก่อน บ้างดีไหม
6..เรื่องคนไทยดูถูกคนลาว เบื่อมากเลยเรื่องนี้ มีบางคนครับที่ชอบดูถูกประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน ก็ต้องขอโทษด้วย แต่คน 63 ล้านคนจะให้ดีกันทุกคนไม่ได้หรอกครับ
7...คนลาวคือพวกเดียวกับเสื้อแดง จริง(มั้ง) แต่คนเสื้อแดงรักชาตินะ เห็นลาด่าไทยบ่อย เสื้อแดงก็ไม่เอาลาวนะ
8...เรื่องสถาบัน อยากจะถามว่า พวกมรึงมายุ่งอะไรกับประเทศกรู ทำมาเป็นรู้ดี รู้ทุกเรื่อง รู้ไปหมด คิดว่าคนไทยเค้าไม่รู้เรื่องประเทศของเค้าหรือไงวะ

จะบอกว่า ผมคนอีสาน คนอุบล ที่คนลาวชอบบอกว่าคนอีสานอ่ะ เวลาไปลาว เค้าเรียกว่าไทย เวลามาไทย เค้าเรียกลาว ก็จริงนะ ไม่ปฎิเสธ แต่กรูรักประเทศไทยมาก ประเทศไทยให้อะไรกรูมากมาย แต่ประเทศลาวแทงข้างหลังกรู ถ้ามีปัญหากัน มั่นใจคนอีสาน 20 กว่าล้นคนไม่เอาลาวหรอก

I'm Lao by native but I didn't feel angry or hate anything about Thailand as everything I'm using are imported from Thailand from Shampoo>Clothes>Food Stuffs>Cars>Concrete & bricks & Furnitures>Cosmetic items>Cellphones till Medicines. And I knew that Thailand is helping us in many ways, the comments who hate Thai might be oversea Lao race who don't know what's going on in the country and how's big helping from Thailand and Thai people

Even though Laos Telecoms has operated the service of 3G in the country but how many % of Laotians population can efford to pay to using of 3G network? And how many % of Laotians population have mobilephone which support 3G?

And there is no 5G on this planet yet! Probably Laos will be the first country on this planet to created and using of 5G network!!!!
