แม่ง ติดได้ทุกที่ ขนาดในส้วมจะเข้าไปขี้ ยังเจอป้ายโฆษณาเลยครับ

I wonder how much they paid for the advertisement on the bench every where at Patouxay... or if they just gave us the bench.... then the one lose in this market strategy are our lao side....

they need to pay more for advertisement not only giving us the bench and the advertisement is every where....

When i drive car passed by Patouxay, i was also curious like the topic creator... too much advertisement space for Thai Airway...

Lao Government is so helpless to its country and its people . How hard is it to make those benches for people to sit on at Patouxai? their must be less than 100 benches there. To me the display of advertisements any where in that area in is inappropriate and tacky . If it's possible I'd like to see either a black , gray , green wroth iron or stones benches place at patouxay it would really dress up the area so nicely and tastefully.

You've miss understood the topic's owner's concern. I think that this person is trying to pointed out that the Lao Government did not do a good job of capturing the tourists memory for Lao's monument by placing excessive amount of Thai advertisements on the benches in the area.

yeah, i agree that thai has a smart idea to make a comedy advertistment on Tv , as for laotian businessmen, i think they are still traditional and quite conservative ,unwilling to pay much for advertising .

Yeah, I agreed with the topic ower that Thai ads are very creative and I'm watching from TV everyday and it's quite interesting that how they make people interested in advertising. Now I'm more wanted to watch ads then watch drama hahaha

About at the victory gate, I think it's a good idea to have it but shouldn't be THai airways. should be Lao tourism ads or something about Lao but in the business market, if you think and have bright creative idea first than anyone then you can make it. Anyway, when the contract of the ad is over then we can follows them by put our own ad on there. Isn't too late!

You've said it right , because Lao government only knew how to take the easy way out even if they have to compromise their pride and dignity this not important to them just as long is free that's alright with them. For this reason Laotians in Laos and abroad in being looking down upon Thai people.

Yes, they are smart and creative. Despited to the world's top 10 best creative company has a few Thai creative in that too.

Some ads in Europe also hiring Thai creative company to do the ads for them and also in Japan and Singapore too. Because it's cheapper, good quality and very creative ideas.

This topic is about the creative idea some some of Thai company. It's not about looking down on anybody. I am Lao but I'm not happy to see that pi-nong Lao always think that Thai look down on us. I think you guy just think that they look down on you but actually it's all about you looking down on yourselve and your race.

I always proud to be Lao but I proud in the wise way. Not in stupid like somebody thought.

As the topic implied thai are smart at advertisement, yes i agree. in the business world, they wont care their business will indirectly harm anyother or not, if it is legal and make them profit. That is enough for them.

The explicit meaning drawing from this topic's picture is How can Local Organization who is in charge of the imprtant place (Pa Tou Xay) allow this to be happened? as long as we dont allow them, no any smart advertisors can do it..... or do the organization need money (budget) for maintain the place?

I'm really really concerning about next Lao generation with negative thinking. If they have more than 80%...thought it might be the end of our nation

I totally agree with you. Now lots of Thai people log on to this blog and I don't want them to see about this kind of topics but I didn't see the Blog master do anything or taking action with this kind of bad comment or bad topic which will effect to our neigbors.

To post advertisements around one of the country's main tourist attraction is very distracting and unpleasant. It is rude and disrespectful. The Lao government should put restrictions on how many and where advertisements can be posted. I think advertisements should only be allowed to advertise around the stadium and its surrounding vacinities.

Personally, the country nor the people of Laos benefit from this type of advertisement, other then maybe getting those benches for free. For one thing, it has nothing to do with Laos. If anything, they should showcase more of Laoness as this event is an opportunity for Laos and the peole of Laos to shine.

We Lao outsiders can whine and weep about it, thus, it is entirely up to the Lao government to make wise, responsible decisions when dealing with business and politics.

ps....worriers, don't panick. I will personally go to the ASEAN game and spray paint the advertisement to BeerLao myself....Yeah!! lets toast to BeerLao, the best beer in the world.

I think advertisment shouldn't be put near or close to the Historic area since its irritating to the tourist and ppl looking at that historic area. And those Thai ad should be small since we don't need fake crappy stuff from Thais. Sorry about my ignorent I just feel my Laotian in Laos are being bullied by thai in every way. But I always hear stories how thai disrespect there neighbors and others. For Laos we been so nice and open too everyone, but the thai just seem to keep on bulling us laotian for a stupid reason. And plus Laotian knows more about thai, But Thai does'nt want to know more about us laotian. bleh

I hope there is a more productive comments reply to me since there is some ppl in here being very sensative about it.

When I visited Patuxay in 2007, the advertisements painted on the benches were all the names & phone no.s of a Chinese hydroelectric company that is building dams in Laos...didn't know they've now been covered by Thai Airways adverts.

Maybe BeerLao or Tigo or some other Lao company could sponsor the advertisements, say with pictures of other famous places in Laos? Though honestly I'd prefer zero adverts, makes the place look so commercialised.
