Did you just learn about Dubai recently? No doubt, they are advanced. I even asked the other guy to deal with reality instead of comparing Laos to this country in 10 years. I do know they will be a lot wealthier by then and if only Laos would be removed from the list of the poorest country. This is what its government is hoping for

Well, why dont we follow what Gov. of Dubai do (why dont we COPY......)
The fact is that:
1. Dubai have what Laos doesnt have, and Laos also have what Dubai doesnt have.
2. A development model of one country can not be 100% successfully adopted in another country which have different condition and environment.
3. I dont think that "concrete forest" of Dubai is our propective Laos.

Amazing Dubai who have walk different path with us.

You know, most countries in the world take at least 50 years or 100 years to have similar civilization like Dubai.

I don't know much about construction work and the time it takes, i think when they have money, material and engineer, that can build it and the more you have it the faster you can build.

This is not issue of only construction. Yes, Dubai can do it within 10 yrs and Yes, it is surprised. and then?......
What do you want to learn from Dubai?
is there any other country follow and learn from Dubai and success?
