Still not clear for me that many people were expressed in here and known Lao gov. is corruption a lot but why many international external support agency still support fund for Lao gov. and the fund will be increase by year to year. Could some one reveal and explaine here, why dont try to stop support Lao gov. if many known Lao gov. is corrupted gov. The narration or expression in the video some should not express, they are impolite My understanding when we do somthing sure there will be bad and good go together only after assessment, the good or the bad which much more than each, then do decision.

non-government and other external agencies, especially humanitarian agencies, can not just drop Laos and say OK lets stop support to this country because of rampant corruption. So many countries have corrupted government and you will see that they, too continue to receive support. Otherwise the agency itself will be violating its own thrust. HOw can you stop supporting Lao PDR if you can see that there are still a lot of people who need help? Besides there is another side to the story, for an NGO to survive it has to continue having programs with a targeted beneficiary. Lao PDR with its current condition is avery good justification for continued programs and inflow of cash. Then how that cash flow is being used is another side of the story. How I wish I can explain to you in details how these things work but no... the way you present your argument sounds like you're a student. Do your research, who knows you will discover more. This is a complex issue and may trigger a lot of violent reactions so I will not go any further.
al jazeera, the network that allows itself and gives airtime to terrorists and extremists. for it to think it can ride a judgement horse and go to the lao, attacking a gov't of corruption, it's laughable.
maybe it should not waste its airtime and resources talking about bullsh*te story. it should stick to its protocol and give some other bad people spewing hate speeches. good nite.

Any decent sizeable nations can’t claim impeccability to corruption because corruption is like parasites in our society and it is not easy to control without establishing a proper mechanism and only when a true judicial system is put in practice, then we can expect a lesser degree of corruption. The Cold War was over and the new mission in the 21st century is to help a less developed country or an impoverished country to reach developing status. This is a common wish among the international community backed by the International Development Association (IDA)
The emphasis includes donation, free interest loans, credits and grants without any regard to a country’s current political system. The governments are either communist or non-communist state and as long as other necessary criteria are met. For example, abolishing the practice of proletarian socialism, declaring economic reforms and gradually losing up civil control are the primary demand and Laos seems to have been doing that. However, to refute the corruption in Laos as it does not exists as you tended to imply is pathetically ridiculous. I have no doubt that majority of current government’s top brass or former ones are those who own most lucrative businesses. This applies to all communist states during the transitionary process to capitalism. They are not a fool to let go the opportunity. There will be no second chance even average Joe knows this.
Lao PDR wants to get out of poverty in a timely manner and the construction of Dams is the only foreseeable alternative to achieve the goal. Are we looking at it in the level of a national interest, a group or individuals’ interest? Is this a common dream among Laotian? Is there a choice besides cutting trees and destroying this given nature? Tentatively, sixty dams were aimed to build throughout the country and at what cost are the locals to bear can’t just simply be ignored. I hope you contemplate about other’s life too as your compatriots just because it does not affect you, that doesn’t mean they are not suffering.
he or she not satisfied with the construction of many dams in Laos, corruption and begging the aids from aboard and he /she hoped that the poverty and death soon return to a the family and people who corrupted in Laos
what ever, lao will remain the poorest country in the region, and only a bunch of people get rich. the rest will live in poverty for many generations to come. So sad, but i don't know what to help them out of this situation.
Watches are a beautiful thing. Certainly, they tell us the time - but aren't they so much more than that? replicas watches Through their watches, a person can express so much, and in a way it could be said:replicas watches Show me your watch and I'll tell you who you are.
