Sorry everytime I try to view the video it gets stuck. I dont understand why the Africans are rioting mad. But if this happens to Laos im sure the authorities will not tolerate as well. By the way, does Laos government allows rally? In some countries you need to ask for permission.

If it is stuck, then just click on the link, I highly doubt Laos will allow any rally according to the interview I listened not long ago. Lao PDR had confirmed its resolute authority and it will not tolerate any individuals or groups in defiance of its policy. As far as riot by Africans in China is concerned, it will be politically addressed to satisfy both sides. PRC has huge investment in Africa. China needs raw materials to feed its ferocious economic growth; as a result, it won’t take any drastic measure against those negroes. It will try to shoot down fears among Africans about China-Threat propaganda portraying by Western media.  As you know, the People’s Republic of China has been recognized as the emerging superpower and its new spotlight in the world stage makes it even more susceptible to outside criticism. Moreover, China wants to assure its neighbors of its peaceful rise by reiterating its policy of non-intervention in other’s internal affairs; it seeks no expansion and it does not have a desire for hegemony. Its willingness to the establishment of the code of conduct on the issue of disputed territory with its neighbors had manifested its non-aggressive policy in dealing with those claimants.

I believe China will keep its head cool, hide its true capability and bide its time for now and until the time is right before it will hypothetically flex its military muscle. The accommodation of American’s foreign policy will continue as usual. It needs a stable economy in U.S to sustain its economic growth because America has been China’s big market since it declared its economic reform; furthermore, it has invested billions of dollars in U.S treasure bonds. China is very concerned of bad publicity. It wants to be perceived positively by the international community, so it won’t hesitate to address the problems, the grievances brought upon by those Africans in its own soil. Theoretically, China would do whatever it takes to avoid stigmatizing its image as a great pride of third world countries.

Regards,

Watches are a beautiful thing. Certainly, they tell us the time - but aren't they so much more than that? replicas watches Through their watches, a person can express so much, and in a way it could be said:replicas watches Show me your watch and I'll tell you who you are.
