This may risk for many parasites such as "Intestinal fluke" or "lung fluke"....... Stop eating undercook food in Laos esp. as in the picture and more about raw fish

Stop torture these small species. Many lives has been taken and let them suffering of the citric acid & chilie before they died. You better put them in the boiling water and let them die instantly lather than you torture them before they died inside of your mouth
