Lao fanclub website, but why in Thai language?

Because webmaster can not make website in Lao language
He intends to make in English but due to make it easy and simple for Lao and Thai and everybody around the world more understand. thesedays, many Lao people can read and speak Thai as well. It doesn't mean Lao people get influence completely.

why doesn't webmaster delete this topic, this is obviously commerial and wanted to promote miss alexangra.. Webmaster is on the Bias

There is no commercial link in that website, so I don't think the post here is for the commerical purpose. If the same people try to post the same link for the second, or third time without any update in those web, then I will consider the web as a bulk.

for Thailand and some Lao oversea

she's popular in many countries and she also promote Laos to the world
I am sure that almost Lao people in Laos and oversea know her as Lao singer ans she is the first Lao pop singer as model for new Lao generation who want to be a pop singer as her.
