Majority of Laotians are too poor to be quilified for loans too.

This is the true, thanks for the post. And i wanna address this to my boy, pls open your mind, not your eyes to see the real laos and compare to the real world. If you can do that, people will be less corrupted, and our country will be improved, ok my boy?

The global crisis has affected interconnected nations who depend on each other's economy. Each one is interconnected with the other. However, with Laos, which is generally far removed from external influences because of its communist barriers, this crisis that's plaguing almost every major economy of the world won't pull down Laos' economic standing. You cannot affect someone who's not a part of this constant economic tug-of-war. In this respect, Laos stands independent from the rest of the world. This may be an advantage. However, if world economy progresses, Laos also stands independently - and won't benefit from these advances.
