What is wrong with wearing Lao skirt when shopping. You cant dictate a woman when and where to wear the sinh, as long as she is wearing it with dignity that is fine.

LOL I know acouple of Laotian wearing sinh out in general public here in Minneapolis. I think its beautiful and alot of people come by and ask about the sinh that my aunt wears. :)

Why not? sinh is not that different from the normal skirt that office ladies wear. It's just the designs that makes the differences.
