what i notice whenever i attempt to access website from laos my  anti-virus software always seem to block it.

Website such as http://www.laoairlines.com i get  message like The URL that you are attempting to access is a potential security risk. 

and http://www.kplnet.net i get: This web site at www.kplnet.net has been reported as an attack site and has been blocked based on your security preferences.

I use to get the same message with the laos embassy site but not anymore.

that mean the problem is not the websites but it from your computer security setting. You set so high secured and look at your fire wall too
