Why did you call this is a document? It does not tell anything story, such as what kind of jobs these young lao girls doing in Bangkok? Prostitution or labour or factory work? Why do they go back to LAO?.....If you have a job then you should keep it right? Why go back to LAO?
I salute overseas workers. It is NOT easy to leave your family and your home. Most of the time, you are out of your comfort zone, but if that's the way they can feed their family, then i would say that they are noble. I wish they had a better set up while doing their travel documents than gather around under the sun. Bless them
They are also many many illegal Thai workers here in the states try all the Thai restaurant even the owners they pay people to married them just so that they can stay. They do that because of the opportunity to better them self not because there is no future for them back in Thailand.

Thailand is where they can find jobs more easily. The pay can be ridiculous by Thai standards (& even more ridiculous by Western standards), but still better than what they can earn in Laos.
I know one girl from Savannakhet working illegally in Thailand. The money she earns supports her brother studying at NUOL in Vientiane. Hopefully after he graduates he will earn a better salary & give her a good life - she didn't get to study because she was working to support him.

I think those Thai are just a lower class who just wanted to get some job in oversea. They go to work oversea just the low salary of USD 1500 a month
Maybe in Thailand for some Thai people have no future for them too. Anyway, not just only Lao people dream to go to work in Thailand for their good life but also Burmese and Cambodian as it's better than they earn in the origin countries.
Because there could not find jobs in Laos and the Chinese and foreign companies will not hire them in Laos while millions of Vietnamese and Chinese are working in Laos.
