I think it is the real index that show Laos is a happy country. Only some of those who stay abroad that always complaint Lao goverment, and want Laos to be like america. Now check the american list, almost at the bottom, that's what you call freedom, fake freedom. Do you still want Laos to be like that ? I guess no

1. The results are direct feed back from tourists. but, I am not suprised because Lao people are generally are happy.
2. if, you treat them well they will have possitive comments and they will come back and spend more money. so the question is not the country it's the people.

woww!! see, laos is so well developed we ranked more than many many richs countries in Arab and Europe, and even more than singapore and south korean. Cheers!!!
