1) All topics that related to Laos and Thailand that develop to the point that can harm the relationship between Laos and Thailand, will be deleted, and the person who start making a conflict will be banned, and will not allowed to post in this webboard.

2) All topics written in thai language will be deleted

3) All topic that try to attrack others will be deleted.

4) All topics that tend to insult lao government will be deleted. I want to make a confirm that this is a communist website, and if you don't like communist, please stay away from this web. The objective of this web has nothing to do with the government. And our objective for this webboard, is to be the place to update each other with the latest news and information, and to share idea to develop laos.

Hope you all understand this.

The fact is:

A Thai water polo player got very sick and he unconsciously pissed while asleep on his bed at night (only a very sick Thai water polo player & not the foolball players & not every bed in every room) and the Lao officers concerned understood the real happening.

I don't mean to blame anything, but the one who spread the bad and falsified news is a Thai-Viet in Nogkhai.

Unable to understand the purpose of the one who spread the bad and falsified news!!!
