Laos rejects Vang Pao's request to return home

Laos on Friday rejected Hmong leader Vang Pao's plan to return home saying if so he has to serve his death sentence first and authority in Vientiane has no intention to reconcile with him.

Vang Pao said in Fresno, California on Tuesday that he would he return home in Laos after New Year to end the long chapter of conflict with Communist government in Vientiane.

The Lao government monitored the news from the Hmong leader with no excitement and considered such speech from ageing Hmong general as a decoy for unclear purpose, said Lao Foreign Ministry's spokesman Khenthong Nuanthasing.

          If the south Vietnam and the CIA won the war so did Vang Pao and Laos is still neutral country and might be more developed and better than today because a lot of skill workers , professors, doctors , bankers ,economists, physicists and well educated people were not sentenced to death or sent to prison and died or exile. Therefore Laos lack of these professional people in every fileds that were the reasons why Laos is the least and poorest country.

South Vietnam did not win because, South Vietnam did not have the support of its people, document called Kennedy.....told the story, Kennedy ordered to kill Ngo Dinh Diem when the american saw that Ngo Dinh Diem did not served american policy well.
