Count down party produced a lot of CO2 gas,
That's why in Laos, they don't celebrate that a big event

But what a pity that my time in Viantiane will be over in next few hours this afternoon as I'm leaving to Dubai via Bangkok. May take the picture of the Burj Dubai to show you guys here.
