I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me with a translation. I found it in a picture and believe it to be Lao, but I am not sure if it is written properly or even says anything at all. Below is the phrase from the picture, and I believe the "3" at the end is just supposed to be the number 3.
Sorry about the picture quality, but here are the exact letters in the phrase.
In the picture the letters are coming out of a birds mouth, so it is like the bird is singing this. There are no other letters in the picture, and again I believe that the "3" at the end is just the number three. If this does translate into anything I believe it to be from a song, so if any of it is similar to something or able to be translated I might be able to figure it out.
Sorry about asking so many questions, but what if you somehow add the letters to the right of the + to the letters on the left of the +, almost like a math problem. Are there any words that could be easily created if that is done? Or does the + character actually have a certain meaning in Lao writing?

Thanks for responding so far!
Mind if I ask? Where did you get this from? I've been reading and thinking about this for few minutes. Is this suppose to be some kind of clue of solving something? Even if I tried to sounds it out, it still doesn't make any sense.
sa la Ar.. Hor.. Kor.. sa la Arrrhh.. sa la Ar.. som(+) Ror.. Por.. Kor.. 3(3 times??) sa la Arrrhh
Maybe its some sort of a code or an abbreviation. Some people love to abbreviate, so try to think of some names words or phrases that start with those alphabets. Why so interested?
It's just curiosity. The picture is actually from the artwork for a band's music album. The artist of the picture is from Brazil, so when this couldn't be translated into anything, I thought it was strange that he would use the Lao alphabet and not actually write anything of meaning. I originally thought it might have translated into lyrics from one of the songs on the album, and if any of you are curious about the lyrics to the song I thought it might be from I can let you know. But again, thank you all for responding and trying to help me out!
