Hi folks, I just happened to run accross a Navy web site and this Lao name stucked my eyes. I know that there are many Lao-Americans serving in the Armed Forces and some had retired, but most of them are(were) of enlisted not officer appointed by the president. I wonder how many Lao-American officers out there?
