Such as master degree and bachelor degree from Lao university do the European Union countries and the United States accept as the same equivalence of international level of their university. Just wonder if Lao students graduated from Lao university will they be capable to work in the other foreign companies over sea. Are any graduated students from Laos have ever been working ( not only translate ) on the major field (engineer , archetique, math , physics and science) for the foreign companies .
Lao National university provides some Master programs, but just started in a few years ago. Many student got their Master degree from aboard such as vietnam, thailand,Japan, S.korea and china. there are some earn Master degree from the University of USA.
I Can say that, the student who graduated and earned Bachelor's degree from Lao national University are capable to work with foreign company and some of them are good at working skill and professional work.
Degree is just a piece of paper what good it is when no knowledge and skill and could find job.
Degree is not jut a piece of paper, it is an enhancement for jobs' application if you will.
As you could see that the Chinese gave the Phd to Lao president and group of Lao high rank government official without learning and gaining any knowledge as you could see from other topic. the degree you must earn them not handling out to you.

you are right man... people here they cant distinguish the difference between real PhD and Honorary docter.
