Have you been to these cities? I can't find where is a city from Laos on Magazine..

Yep, been to 4 out of those 11 cities and lived in one.

That's weird, the top city is Vancouver.  Although I like Vancouver, Canada's national capital is regarded as the most livable city in Canada. 


In 2007 The Rideau Canal was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

I am not suprised, Vancouver is extremely clean and beautiful city....and good shopping especially on Robsin street and Robsin squares.
