ATF 2010 Laos Press Conference. One of the best press conferences held during the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) 2010 in Brunei was from Laos who held their pc at 09:00 on the final day (28 January 2010). The main speaker (in the middle) was Mr. Sounth Manivong, Director General, Planning and Cooperation Department, Project Director of STDP, Lao National Tourism Administration, who was assisted by the gentleman to his right - Mr. Khom Douangchantha, Director, International Relations Division, Lao National Tourism Administration, and Mr. Willy Hsieh, Representative, Lao National Tourism Administration to his left.

I saw the video for one minute and I saw enough. He sounds like a Vietnamese decent. I'll probably ending up falling asleep if I have to listen to that voice all day.
He's too dark to be a Vietnamese. He's looks like a southern Lao or Cambodian but I'd say he's Lao.
So? You're saying... no Vietnamese with dark skin tone?? Well, I am assuming he is Laos due to his opening statement. Where he said some of you might not know too much of our country Laos.
