Money talk dear friends, no money, you get nothing, here too, you have to pay, if you don't pay no one will work for you and we first have to know who is resposible about those flowers... or perhaps the vientiane prefecture have no money to pay them.

It is too hot. The SeaGames flowers could not be survived. In Singapore there are lots of rain for whole year, that is why their city is green forever.

So, I don't blame any body for the died flowers in Laos.

don't say that there's no water, people paid tax and wanted to see vientiane beuautiful and the concerned sector spent our money to grow those flowers and didn't take care of them, if they are so lazy fire them Mr. Governor ! and recruit others who are more reponsible...infact Hongxeng and thatluang marsh still have plenty of water...
